Bullaun Press Welcomes Gaëlle Bélem

Recipient of the Prix André Dubreuil du Premier Roman (2020) & the Grand Prix du Roman Métis (2020), Gaëlle Bélem is an emerging author from Réunion, with her second novel (Le fruit le plus rare) published by Gallimard just last year.

Bullaun Press has secured the ROI/UK English-language translation rights to both this and her first novel (Un monstre est là, derrière la porte). The latter has been translated from the original French by Laëtitia Saint-Loubert and Karen Fleetwood for publication in Ireland and the UK later this year.
