FEP members – EUDR updated slides and webinar recording

The Commission has published a Guidance Document. On 4 December 2024 a provisional political agreement was reached between the European Parliament and the Council on the Commission’s proposal to grant a 12-month additional phasing-in period. Once adopted, this proposal would make the law applicable on 30 December 2025 for large and medium companies and 30 June 2026 for micro and small enterprises.
