Gill Distribution Customer Service Department
A full time position has become available in our busy Customer Service department.
We are looking for a candidate who is flexible, can multi-task and work as part of a dedicated team in a busy office environment .
We are looking for a candidate who is motivated, punctual, enthusiastic and has previous office and Customer Service experience.
Key Competencies include : Customer Care, Adaptability, Problem solving, Good Communication Skills and Supporting Colleagues.
The successful candidate will process orders, answer phones , deal with queries and engage with the Book Trade while covering a wide range of duties and processes daily.
The hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday
