PI Trade Day 2017: ‘Reaching Readers 2.0: Where Are We Headed?’

The fifth Annual Trade day was comprised of six panels discussing such topics as the current Irish publishing market, commissioning, and rights. 

Keynote speakers for 2017 were James Daunt, MD of Waterstones and Niamh Murray of Serpent’s Tail. Niamh spoke about marketing strategy at Serpent’s Tail and Profile Books, where she currently serves as Marketing Director. James discussed the revival of Waterstones, the relationship between publishers and booksellers, Brexit and more.
