Publishing Ireland at the New York Irish Publishing Showcase

Publishing Ireland were in New York earlier this April to showcase recent Irish publications and draw attention to the span of literature that Ireland has to offer! Our exhibitors, including the President of Publishing Ireland, Ruth Hegarty, promoted books from a variety of publishers, and offering a multitude of different genres. The majority of the books showcased were associated with the decade of commemorations, with quite a few titles focusing on the 1916 Rising. Other titles covered topics such as Irish history, poetry, fiction, and biographies on famous figures. Below are some pictures of the showcase and the titles on display.
